Frequently Asked Questions

First time booking a lounge? Here's what you need to know before you buy.

Not usually. Most lounges accept single-visit passes no matter what airline you're flying, what cabin you booked, or whether you hold any status. You buy access ahead of time and show your confirmation at the door. A handful of airline-operated lounges are still reserved for premium-cabin or elite travelers only — we flag those clearly on each lounge's listing so there are no surprises.

Expect a place to sit, Wi-Fi, and food and drinks at most lounges. Depending on the location, you might also find hot meals, showers, quiet zones or nap rooms, family-friendly spaces, and workstations. Since amenities differ lounge to lounge, check the photos and amenities list on each listing before you book.

A single pass covers one guest — companions aren't included automatically. That said, many lounges discount access for kids, and infants can often get in free.

Passes are generally tied to a set window, typically 2–3 hours ahead of your flight. Enforcement varies — some lounges are relaxed about it when things are quiet, others hold firm to the limit. If you need more time, look for our Extended Stay option, available at select lounges — check your booking terms for the specifics.

At some lounges, yes — particularly in parts of Asia and the Middle East, where 24-hour lounges are common and may offer recliners, day beds, or even private rooms for an extra fee. Where overnight stays aren't standard, our Extended Stay packages can sometimes cover it. Always check the terms tied to your specific booking.

It's what protects your spot. Flexible passholders can get shut out when a lounge fills up, but a locked-in reservation guarantees your entry, provided you show up within three hours of it.

We build in flexibility for exactly this: you have a three-hour window from your reserved time to arrive, delays included. Full details are in the terms attached to your booking.

It depends on the lounge and the fare rules attached to your booking — some are flexible, others are final-sale. As a general rule, canceling at least three days out gets you a refund minus a $5 per-guest handling fee. Check the specific terms on your booking page before you buy, since they can vary.

For small timing shifts, you don't need to do anything — the three-hour arrival window already covers you. If your schedule changes significantly, cancel the original booking and book again for the new time.

No-shows outside the three-hour window aren't refundable. Check your booking's terms and conditions for the full policy.

Just your lounge pass and boarding pass. No need to print anything — pull up your reservation right in the app when you get there.
