This Privacy Policy applies to the Lounge Atlas App available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as any subdomains, APIs, or services connected to the App. It does not apply to information collected from other sources outside the App.

The app may request access to your device location only if you choose to allow it to sort lounges nearby. We do not store location data on our servers.

Lounge Atlas is a brand and digital platform operated by IEG Business Solutions (“IEG”). The Lounge Atlas mobile application is provided for informational and transactional purposes.
Lounge Atlas displays information about airport lounges worldwide. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Lounge Atlas is not owned, operated, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any airport authority, airline, or lounge operator.
In certain cases, lounges may be managed, operated, or commercially administered by IEG. Such lounges will be clearly identified within the app where applicable. All other lounges are owned and operated by independent third parties.
Lounge information displayed in the app — including names, locations, amenities, images, access conditions, prices, operating hours, and access cards — is derived from:
IEG does not warrant that such information is accurate, complete, or current. User-submitted content is not verified and may be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.
Lounge Atlas may sell, resell, or facilitate the sale of lounge access, passes, or memberships.

IEG is not responsible for changes imposed by third-party operators after purchase, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless IEG from any claims arising from content they submit, including inaccurate, misleading, or infringing information.
IEG reserves the right to remove or modify any content at its discretion without notice.
